Pricing

I’m aware that counselling is a significant investment – both emotionally and financially – and that it can sometimes be difficult to afford. My standard fee is £50 per session, and sessions last 50 minutes. I also have some space to offer concession rates of £40 for people on low income, refugees, and trainee counsellors. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if this would make therapy more accessible for you.

I offer weekly or fortnightly sessions, depending on your needs and what feels sustainable. Consistency is important in therapy, but that can look different for everyone, and we can find a rhythm that works for you.

Free Consultation

I offer a free 15–20 minute consultation – a chance for you to get a sense of me and how I work, ask any questions, and see whether it feels like the right fit for you. There’s no obligation to continue afterwards; it’s simply an opportunity to connect and explore what you’re looking for from counselling.

Availability

I aim to offer sessions at times that make counselling easier to access – outside the usual 9–5. I work both online and in person, from two welcoming spaces in Edinburgh – 22 Forth Street and 13 Smith’s Place.

I currently work on Monday and Wednesday afternoons and evenings, Thursday and Friday evenings, and Saturday mornings. I try to be flexible with my scheduling and welcome you to get in touch to discuss availability – I’ll do my best to find a time that works for you.
